When participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. No exercise is suitable for all people. Your voluntary participation in the exercises is at your own risk.

My videos present an idea of what to follow, but please, never take my advice over your own body's signals. It is essential to stop if you don't feel at ease with an exercise and/or experience pain and/or general unpleasant sensations and speak to your medical professional before deciding to continue.

Generally, on a personal note, I would seriously like to underline the importance of taking care of your body, listening to it, and practicing self-care and self-responsibility. By the nature of online videos, I cannot know your specific needs or level of practice. If you are unsure as to whether you are ready for a specific posture or routine, leave it out. I also recommend you seek a good dedicated live teacher to work with you, who can assess and respond to your specific needs. Remember, in some cases exercise or specific types of exercise can be dangerous, and in many cases, lack of exercise can be detrimental to your long-term health and sense of well-being.
